Do I need a sales call before enrolling?

A brief fit conversation is available if you have genuine questions about suitability, however, it is not a sales call.

I have already taken personality or strengths assessments. Will this still be useful?

Yes. The value is not simply in completing another assessment. The value comes from how the information is synthesized with the rest of your life and business. The assessment is a lens. It is not the destination.

What if my preferred month is full?

Kamin personally reviews every assessment and writes every report, so monthly capacity is limited. Full months open a waitlist and you’ll be offered the next available spot.

What are the communication boundaries between sessions?

Rapid Alignment is four structured sessions with focused written deliverables. It does not include unlimited access or frequent voice-note coaching between calls. You do can one 10-15 minute spot coaching call, if needed.

Is financial success guaranteed?

No. Rapid Alignment offers clarity, recognition, and an aligned plan. There is not a promise of specific income or effortless results.

Is there a refund?

Rapid Alignment is a focused, personalized experience that begins when you enroll, not only when we first meet. Upon enrollment, Kamin reserves limited capacity for you, provides access to the onboarding process, allocates preparation and report-creation time, and begins preparing for your experience. For these reasons, all purchases are final, non-cancellable, and nonrefundable.

In a truly extraordinary situation, Kamin may, at her sole discretion, offer a transfer, credit, adjusted schedule, or other accommodation. Any such accommodation is an exception and does not create an ongoing refund or cancellation policy.

What is required of me to participate?

You’ll complete the WHY.os and VIA assessments and a short business questionnaire within 3 days of signing up and before Session 1. If you have previously taken either assessment, please send them to Kamin, or if it has been longer than four years, you may take them again. She asks that you stay open and willing to reflect on and test what you discover. Sessions are conducted via video call.

Between sessions, you are invited to observe yourself through the lens of your Thriving DNA™ and note what you discover. There is no homework in the traditional sense — only awareness.

What happens after Rapid Alignment?

Rapid Alignment is complete and valuable on its own. You leave with a focused 30-Day Thriving Action Plan and a clear path forward.

For clients who want to continue building, embodying, and bringing their plan into the world with Kamin's guidance, refinement, and coaching, a deeper private engagement, Align to Thrive™, is available by invitation and mutual agreement. However, there is no pressure or expectation to continue.

Can I participate if I already have a coach or am enrolled in another coaching program?

Yes, with some clarification. First, before signing up, please request a call with Kamin. Clarity is key with this program. If you are in an active coaching program with another coach that is not completing, Kamin will want to know who your coach is, why you are seeking the Rapid Alignment and ask if you've had a conversation with your coach. Transparency and open and honest communication is a non-negotiable with Kamin.
